Free Initial Consultation. Allows prospective clients to learn about their immigration options and to learn about our practices and services, the procedure of retaining our services and the estimated costs of our representation. More information.
Paid Phone Consultation. It is most suitable to clients who need specific immigration questions answered on a short notice. We offer 20-, 40- and 60-minute phone consultations starting at $99. More information.
In-person Legal Consultation. It is most suitable for clients who seek specific legal advice, answers to legal questions or review of documents. The consultation takes place at our offices in downtown Washington, DC or Bethesda, MD. Limited availability – please contact us.
Flat Fee Case-Specific Engagements. Most of our clients engage us on a flat-fee basis depending on the type of petition or service they require. There is no one-size-fits-all solution in the world of immigration law and we approach each case with individual attention. We have discovered from our clients and from past experience that that having a flat-fee billing system allows our individual and corporate clients to better plan their financial resources and at the same time allows us to spend more time working individually with clients to better understand each case without having to count time spent on a matter and without running into high legal bills.
A sample of the services for which we charge a flat-fee are H-1B petitions, L-1 petitions, green card applications, responses to requests for evidence (“RFE”), naturalization applications, and may others.
