Cesarine (Cesi) Etori is a Senior Paralegal with Capitol Immigration Law Group. She is assisting with various non-immigrant work visa filings such as H-1B and L-1 and is providing immigration support for U.S. permanent residents, such as re-entry permit applications and naturalization.
Prior to joining the Immigration Team at Capitol Immigration Law Group, Ms. Etori worked for several years as a Senior Visa and Passport Specialist with a leading established visa company where she assisted corporate and individual clients with all matters related to employment-based visa procedures and regulations. The clients with whom she interacted on visa-based topics included luminaries from Fortune 100 companies. Ms. Etori was awarded a 5-year service excellence award for her continued commitment to achieve excellence and success in the field.
In addition to her visa-based experience, Ms. Etori previously worked as a Lead Travel Assistance Coordinator for an international student exchange non-profit. In that role, she was in frequent contact with J-1 visa applicants and gained valuable knowledge in the exchange visitor non-immigrant visa process.
A long-term resident of Canada, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. Originally from West Africa, Ms. Etori has international experience having previously lived in France, Belgium and Canada and she is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.
