President Trump Bans Travel to U.S. from Most European Countries for 30 Days Over Coronavirus
In a surprising move, on March 11, 2020, President Trump issued a proclamation by which he is seeking to suspend travel to the U.S. from a number of European countries starting Friday, March 13, 2020 for a period of 30 days.
During its release, this ban was labeled “total” and although it is very broad and extensive, it has many exceptions. March 2020 Visa Bulletin – EB-3 ROW Cutoff Date Introduced; Imminent Cutoff Date for EB-2 ROW
The U.S. State Department has just released the March 2020 Visa Bulletin which is the sixth Visa Bulletin for the FY2020 fiscal year. The headline in the upcoming month’s Visa Bulletin is the immediate cutoff date for EB-3 ROW and the anticipated upcoming EB-2 ROW cutoff date. EB-1 advances slightly for all after months of little or no movement.
February 2020 Visa Bulletin – EB-3 ROW Cutoff Date Imminent
The U.S. State Department has just released the February 2020 Visa Bulletin which is the fifth Visa Bulletin for the FY2020 fiscal year. The headline in the upcoming month’s Visa Bulletin is the very slow forward movement across the backlogged employment-based categories and no movement for EB India (except for 1-day forward movement in EB-2 India). EB-3 ROW cutoff dates are anticipated in the next month’s Visa Bulletin.
